1. Free trial

Every new stage starts with a free trial, currently 3 days, with no payment required and nothing to cancel. If you decide Stardom isn't for you, simply don't pay when the trial ends; your stage goes dark and nothing is charged.

2. Annual membership

The annual plan is a single, one-time payment covering one year of access. It does not renew automatically. Because it's paid upfront for the full year, it is non-refundable once payment is completed, except where required by law or in a genuine case of a duplicate or mistaken charge, which we'll always look into if you write to us.

3. Monthly membership

The monthly plan is a recurring subscription billed through Razorpay. You can cancel anytime from your stage. Cancelling stops all future billing immediately, no further charge will be made, but your stage stays live for the rest of the period you've already paid for. We don't issue partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle.

4. What happens if a payment fails

If a renewal payment doesn't go through, your stage enters a grace period, currently 7 days, during which it stays live while you sort out payment. If it's still unpaid after that, your stage goes dark: it stops being publicly visible, but your content is kept and your stage can be relit anytime by paying again.

5. Disputes and mistaken charges

If you believe you were charged in error, or a payment was duplicated, write to us at the email on our Contact Us page with your payment details and we'll look into it directly.
