1. Who this agreement is with
Stardom (getstardom.app) is operated by Harish Khollam, an individual based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, not a registered company. Throughout this document, "Stardom," "we," and "us" refer to that operation, and "you" refers to anyone who creates a stage on Stardom.
2. What Stardom is
Stardom gives you a single branded page at your own subdomain (yourname.getstardom.app) to present your personal brand or your business: a bio, links, a catalog of items, or a storefront, depending on the template you choose. An optional daily line is written for you from your own role, city, and bio, and an optional TV/screen slideshow feature lets you display uploaded images on any screen. Some content on your stage is generated on your behalf by an AI system; this is not disclosed with a visible label on the public page, though this document tells you so plainly.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create a stage. The details you provide at signup (name, phone, email) must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your private stage link and your account email secure; anyone with either can edit your stage.
4. Your content
You own what you upload: your bio, photos, catalog listings, and any other content you add. By publishing it on Stardom, you grant us the right to host, display, and republish it as part of your stage, including using it as the basis for the AI-written daily line and any other automated feature we offer. This license lasts as long as your stage exists and ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for what you upload. You must not publish anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights (including photos, trademarks, or copy you don't have permission to use), or anything intended to mislead or defraud a visitor to your page.
5. Membership and payment
New stages get a free trial period, currently 3 days, with no payment required. After the trial, keeping your stage live requires an active annual or monthly membership, billed through Razorpay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how billing, cancellation, and lapses work.
If a payment fails or your membership lapses, your stage enters a grace period (currently 7 days) before it stops being publicly visible. Your content is preserved and your stage can be relit at any time by paying again.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Stardom to impersonate someone else, to publish content that's illegal in India, to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (including automated scraping or excessive request volume), or to circumvent any limit we place on your account. We may suspend or remove a stage that violates these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
If you connect your own domain to your stage, the same rules apply to that domain: it must not be used to impersonate someone else, infringe a trademark, or mislead a visitor about who they're dealing with. We may disconnect a custom domain that violates this, separately from and without needing to suspend the rest of your stage.
7. No warranty, limited liability
Stardom is provided as it is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that the AI-written content will always be accurate or to your taste, or that the service will meet every need of your business. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Stardom, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Ending your stage
You can stop paying at any time; your stage goes dark after the grace period and your content stays saved unless you ask us to delete it. We may terminate a stage for a clear violation of these terms. Either way, you can ask us to permanently delete your account and data by writing to the email on our Contact Us page.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update this document as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use Stardom after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
